Woden Library- Electrification

King Air is executing the complete HVAC electrification for the Woden Library, including a 4-pipe heat reclaim chiller, a 4-pipe hot and chilled water fan coil ducted system, and a heat recovery ventilation system. We are also integrating a Building Management System (BMS) with the ACT Government Network for centralized, efficient control. This project highlights our expertise in delivering advanced, energy-efficient HVAC solutions.

Redhill Primary School

King Air proudly served as the principal mechanical contractor for the complete electrification of Redhill Primary School using energy-efficient technology. We were responsible for the comprehensive execution of all mechanical services in this pivotal education infrastructure project. Our expert involvement ensured the successful completion of this significant development, showcasing our capability and commitment to delivering excellence in large-scale projects.
