- Removal of old chilled/heated FCU, ducting, piping, drainage, power supplies and controls
- Installation of new chilled/heated FCU, ducting, piping, drainage, power supplies and controls.
- Installation of new induct humidifier, cold water supply and associated work.
- New controls for the plant
- King Air worked as contractor to replace the existing air conditioning system with energy efficient smart air conditioning system.
- The upgraded Air conditioning system includes better air quality and comfort to provide the best learning environment and increased awareness of sustainability and energy use.
